Membership

Want to become a member of the Persian American Society of Plastic Surgeons? All PASPS members are listed in our plastic surgery database, allowing patients to seamlessly locate you through either name-based or location-based searches. Members also receive their own webpage on our site that includes their practice name and location, phone number, contact information, and link to their website, as well as a short bio and list of procedures performed.

All interested plastic surgeons are encouraged to fill out the PASPS membership form below. After submitting your membership form, a PASPS representative will reach out to you shortly regarding your application.

Please email the completed form to info@pasps.org. In addition to the form, a high resolution photo of yourself is required. Please upload your photo after completing your profile online or email it to info@pasps.org.
